Complete Accounting Solution Packages
While every engagement can be customized to fit your specific needs, most clients choose from three broad service tiers - Micro, Growth, and Established; based on the size, complexity, and cadence of operations. Before we set up the terms of our services, you will always have full transparency around fees. There is no minimum commitment period - If at any point you feel that we're not the right fit, you're free to step away, though we will work hard to make sure that never happens.
Micro
$300-$800/ Month
Best for small businesses and solopreneurs with 1–3 accounts, up to 75–150 transactions per month, and 0–2 employees or contractors. Includes essential bookkeeping, monthly reconciliations, and light sales tax support.
Growth
$800-$2,500/ Month
Ideal for growing businesses with 3–5 accounts, 150–300 monthly transactions, and up to 10 employees or contractors. Includes full accounting support, monthly financial statements, higher‑volume bookkeeping, and payroll/contractor assistance.
Established
$2,500+/ Month
Designed for established businesses with 5+ accounts, 300+ monthly transactions, and 15+ employees. Includes all Growth Plan services plus high‑touch controllership support, AR/AP analysis, treasury planning, and broader operational assistance.
